How we designed the handling of information you share with JALB TECH.
Preparation version: October 27, 2026. This information describes the site's configuration and must be completed with the controller's legal details before enabling inquiry reception.
Form status
The form is delivered disabled until a receiver is configured. In this state, it does not send or store entered data. This project installs no analytics or advertising.
Information requested and purpose
Once the service is enabled, it will request your name, company, email, service of interest and project description. Phone will be optional. The purpose is to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and coordinate related next steps. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive information in your message.
Security verification and delivery
The prepared integration uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions and a private receiver to process them. Message delivery is prepared through Hostinger SMTP email. Once these services are enabled, Cloudflare may process technical connection data for verification, and the delivery provider will receive inquiry data to deliver it to the company's inbox. The recipient is configured privately and is not included in the site's public files.
Before enabling the form, the controller must review provider terms, processing location, retention, subprocessors and security controls. Inquiry data is used to respond to the inquiry; no automatic replies are sent and visitors are not subscribed to marketing communications.
Technical resources and logs
Fonts and illustrations are served from this site. The hosting provider and, if configured, Cloudflare may process technical access logs. Their handling and retention must be confirmed against the actual production configuration.
Access, correction and deletion
Before enabling the form, a verified channel for personal data requests will be published, together with the controller's legal identity and contact details. That channel and the retention periods are pending confirmation.

The form must not be enabled in production until this information is complete and has been reviewed to match actual data handling.
